What I find most often is that we are a single degree of change away our ..... 

Water below 211 degrees can be hot and even very hot. But there is no inherit change in the power of those degrees. Many times it is within these degrees that we function and even dream. It is not until we achive a specific degree of change that our true potential is reached.  

At 212 degrees we now have boiling water, we have a shift in molecular continuity and we produce steam ...it is not until now at this degree of change that we obtain the ability to move massive machines with great force weighing thousands of pounds. We carry a legacy vision where he believes we are seeing a change from return investment to return on impact. We work with teams, communities, and companies and develop systems and communications to bring perpetual value to others. As a group of business owners and entrepreneurs, we are passionate about bringing innovative change and impact that creates transformational sustainability and growth.
